The opening inquiry collects contact information and three ranges. Independent providers choose their review and any terms. Only the actual written agreement establishes a business’s costs and conditions.
The initial inquiry
The first form asks for name, phone, email, optional company name, operating-history range, annual-revenue range, requested-amount range and consent. It is not a credit application. Supplier quotes and acquisition details belong in a later conversation, not in fields invented for that purpose.
Independent provider review
Brookgate Credit introduces the documented purpose and does not decide credit. The independent provider selects any records and credit information it wants, determines whether to proceed and sets any terms. A request may be declined, and no review timeline is promised.
Offers and complete costs
Read the provider’s written agreement for every rate, payment, factor, purchase amount, collateral requirement and other condition. Generic product explanations and illustrations do not establish those terms. The business decides whether to accept a proposal after reviewing its complete cost and conditions.
Examples and calculators
Worked examples are labeled as invented illustrations. Calculator results follow the values entered and do not determine eligibility or an actual offer. They may omit fees, residuals and contractual adjustments found in a real agreement.
