The opening inquiry collects contact details, an optional company name and three business ranges. Review its consent language and this privacy information before submitting. Legal uses, sharing and choices are reserved for counsel.
Information provided in an inquiry
The opening form collects name, phone number, email address, optional company name, operating-history range, annual-revenue range, requested-amount range and consent. It does not ask for supplier uploads or bank statements. Those business details can be explained in a later conversation.
Do not place unnecessary sensitive documents in the inquiry. An independent provider can nominate the records it needs during its own review. The initial form is not a credit application.
Form processing
LeadConnector delivers the inquiry form. Information entered for that purpose is processed so the request can be handled and the purpose conversation can take place. The form supplies its own consent wording, which should be read before submission.
Uses and sharing of inquiry information
Brookgate Credit introduces business funding requests to independent providers. A provider chosen to review a request can set its own information and documentation requirements. This page does not invent a particular sharing practice beyond that request-handling context.
Processors and privacy choices
Questions about inquiry information can be discussed by calling (256) 391-8916. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive records through the initial form. Processor obligations, retention and privacy choices are addressed in the following counsel section.
